No returns or exchanges if your customer ordered the wrong size or color or simply changed their mind.
In the event of a damaged product or manufacturing error, Printify offers a free replacement or refund if you contact us within 20 days of product delivery. Please contact our team (contactito@outletsito.com) using the “Submit Problem” form and provide a clear photo showing the problem.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please note that Printify will not be responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds if the customer ordered the wrong size or color. For DTG products, there is a 0.5″ tolerance for print placement, meaning minor variations in print placement will not be considered defects.
To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Next, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially reflected.
Next, contact your bank. Processing time is often required before a refund can be reflected.
If you have already done all of the above and still have not received your refund, you can contact us by writing to contactito@outletsito.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only full priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Shipping costs to return your item are your responsibility. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
